I assisted my friend Jack on shooting London-based ska band Depot. Jack used his medium format Bronica. He used just this camera and didn't take any photos on his digital. I admire him for relying completely on film! This is something I would be too scared to do.
We shot in the studio at St Martins. I generally dislike studio photographs because they try to ignore the sterile environment of the studio. I think this photo works because it accepts that the studio is sterile and takes advantage of that.
